Registered and licensed under the name Princeville Spa, it has received the SHA: Amazing Thailand Safety & Health Administration certification, the Ministry of Public Health's safety spa certification, and the Ministry of Public Health's Wellness Spa standard. Services are provided by spa managers who have undergone training and certification, and all massage therapists are professionally trained and licensed. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Princeville Spa has implemented rigorous disinfection measures using sanitizing solutions, reduced congestion by limiting service capacity through advance bookings, and adopted cashless payment options. The spa offers health and elderly massage programs, including OFFICE SYNDROME MASSAGE, and integrates Thai wisdom and local knowledge into its spa practices. The spa provides personalized spa treatments based on traditional Thai elemental principles, incorporating beliefs and information from ancient Thai texts regarding birthdates, zodiac signs, physical characteristics, personalities, dietary preferences, and auspicious colors. This approach enhances the art and science of spa treatments, influencing the selection of massage oils, massage techniques, product scents, colors, and floral baths tailored to individual elemental needs, promoting both physical relaxation and mental well-being. Princeville Spa uses natural and environmentally friendly products, sourcing ingredients from local communities, such as wild honey and sea lavender tea from Ban Nai Nang, recognized for their quality. The spa is proud to support local Krabi products. The spa also innovates by incorporating elephant trunk shells into its massage treatments, utilizing the shell's natural curvature to provide targeted relief and relaxation to the neck, shoulders, and back. Furthermore, it features feather seaweed extract from the Andaman Sea, sourced from the Krabi Feather Seaweed Community Enterprise. The Plant Phenolic antioxidants in feather seaweed protect and rejuvenate the skin from sun damage, reduce inflammation, combat free radicals, and contribute to anti-aging, while also moisturizing and being gentle on sensitive skin. The hotel has commissioned a signature scent, "Soul Prince," comprising Pikul flower, ocean, pine, and tea leaf notes. This fragrance creates a soothing and relaxing atmosphere, enhancing the spa experience with its subtle aroma, and promoting a sense of luxury, energy, emotional balance, and focus, while also neutralizing unwanted odors. The "Soul Prince" scent is used throughout the spa.
