Sun-powered Boat is an antique vessel approximately 70 years old. Originally powered by a diesel engine like most boats, it has been converted into a solar-electric hybrid vehicle. It can operate purely on electric power for a distance of about 40 km. Solar panels on the boat's roof generate an additional 5-8 kWh of energy per day, allowing it to extend its range by approximately 70%. As an electric boat, it offers numerous benefits: * Noise reduction by about 20 dB * Zero water pollution * No heat or toxic exhaust fumes * No engine vibrations * Low speed operation that prevents damaging waves to canal banks and old houses This makes traveling on our electric boat a more serene and environmentally friendly way to experience the natural beauty of the waterways and the cultural heritage of the Thonburi canals. We offer customized trips, designed to meet customer preferences while considering water currents, tide levels, and weather forecasts to ensure the most suitable timing for each destination.
