Rai Rang Din is a learning center for integrated agriculture, a tourist destination, and a livelihood hub that shares various aspects of sustainable living. Beyond the Khok Nong Na Model, we have enriched our identity by incorporating the cultural heritage of Kamphaeng Phet’s traditional sweets. One of our highlights is "Khao Tok At" (compressed popped rice) from Wat Sadet, infused with candle smoke for aroma—a delicacy that has been revived with support from various organizations. It is now recognized as a signature product of our farm and has been honored with the Thailand Best Local Food 2024 and The Lost Taste 2024 awards. This legendary sweet, dating back over 100 years, has been revived as a prized local specialty and souvenir of Kamphaeng Phet. It serves as a Soft Power that showcases the region's rich culinary heritage.
