Our community has a way of life deeply connected to sugar palms, which are unique to our area as they grow in brackish water. This gives the palm products a naturally sweet and well-rounded flavor, with fresh palm juice having a distinct white-pink hue. Additionally, we use traditional wisdom to produce pure palm sugar, which is 100% authentic with no added refined sugar. We also take pride in our local cuisine, featuring distinctive dishes made from our palm sugar.
